Payment is by cheque only at present. Cheques should be made payable to CISSIE’S VINTAGE KNITWEAR.

Postage: Delivery within the UK - £4.95, please provide an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel. Deliver outside the UK – please contact us.

All garments are made to order and will be sent out within 5-6 weeks of an order being placed.

Description of goods

All images, descriptive matter, specification and advertising on our sight are all for the sole purpose of giving an honest approximation of the goods. We offer a bespoke service so variations in the finished item may arise as a result of slight colour differences in the yarn, and the natural hand-crafted process used to make our knitwear. We therefore cannot guarantee that any item displayed online will be identical to the one you receive. To avoid any disappointment we are happy to send out samples of wool on request, and it is our policy to call you once an order has been placed to check measurements and requirements.

Returns and refunds

In the first instance please get in touch with us to discuss anything you are not 100% happy with and we will do our utmost to sort the problem out. As our knitwear is made to order a refund will only be made if the item is found to be faulty or does not correspond to the measurements submitted on the order form. If you do have to return and item we suggest that you obtain proof of postage, but we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods please inform us within two days of receipt.
